Pioneer Courthouse Square is located at 701 SW 6th Ave. Portland, OR 97204.

You can purchase tickets for all PDX-LIVE shows at pdxlive.wpengine.com.

Purchase ticket for PDX-LIVE in person at the Aladdin Theater box office, Mon-Fri, 11am – 3pm + all show nights. Cards and cash accepted, no checks. Tickets purchased at the Aladdin Theater have a reduced service fee.

The PDX-LIVE box office (at the Aladdin Theater) is open Monday through Friday, from 11am to 3pm. We are also open during events (hours vary). We are closed for most holidays. If you have any questions, please call us before coming down to see if we are open. 503-234-9694 There is a $2 service charge on all tickets purchased at our box office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards at our box office.

No, There is no re-entry at PDX-LIVE

There will be food and beverage vendors on site at Pioneer Courthouse Square. Food cart options are limited and outside food is allowed. No outside drink allowed into PDX-LIVE with the exception of two sealed or an empty refillable water bottle. Glass containers and canned water are not allowed.

No, Chairs are not permitted outside of the designated ADA section at each event. Limited seating is available on the bricks at Pioneer Courthouse Square.

Pioneer Courthouse Square is bordered by public transit on three sides making it a breeze to access. Plan your trip by bus or train on TriMet by visiting www.trimet.org.

There is no smoking at Pioneer Courthouse Square.

PDX-LIVE is mostly All Ages, but please double-check the age restrictions on the event page. Children 2 and under are not required to have a ticket unless otherwise noted on specific events.

Chairs for ADA patrons and their companions will be provided by PDX-LIVE. Patrons must purchase an ADA ticket for admission to the ADA section.

Please note cancelled shows do sometimes happens (and sometimes at the very last minute). It is difficult to pass the word on about a show cancellation, but when these situations arise – we post them on our website (and Twitter/Facebook). So it is good a good idea to keep an eye open on these outlets, just in case. Tickets for all canceled shows will be refunded at the point of purchase.

Most shows are All Ages, but please check the event page for show-specific age restrictions.
